WINTER SNOW EMERGENCY/PARKING INFORMATION

NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS

On street winter parking in Pembroke is now allowed with the exception of the following rules:

When a WINTER SNOW EMERGENCY PARKING BAN IS DECLARED***

All vehicles must be removed from the streets to avoid being towed. Any vehicle not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense, however, during the hours of 6AM to 11PM the exception to this rule would be that parking for businesses would be allowed for the following areas: Main Street at the intersection of Broadway to the bridge, Union Street from 4 Union Street to Main Street, and Glass Street from 50 Glass Street to Main Street.

Please do not put your carts out during a snow emergency.  If your trash/recycling day is on the same day as a snow emergency your collection will be on the next regularly scheduled trash day, i.e. if your pickup day is a Wednesday and a Snow Emergency is declared, your carts will be picked up on Thursday as a double route.
