The issuance of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates, Divorce Decrees and Marriage Licenses
A certificate can be issued by the Town Clerk for all births, marriages, and deaths that occurred in the Town of Pembroke. A certificate can be issued by the Town Clerk for births that occurred in the State of New Hampshire from 1987 to present, marriages that occurred in the State of New Hampshire from 1989 to present, deaths that occurred in the State of New Hampshire from 1990 to present, and divorces that occurred in the state of New Hampshire from 1990 to present. The fee is $15.00 for the search and issuance of the first certificate (the $15.00 fee will be charged whether the record is found or not) and $10.00 for each certificate issued at the same time.
