Sewer Commission

Sewer service in Pembroke is an inter-municipal operation with the Town of Allenstown. Approximately two-thirds of the towns residents are served by municipal sanitary sewer. The two towns share in the cost of the operation and maintenance of the Suncook Wastewater Treatment Plant located on Ferry Street in Allenstown.

**SEWER RATES**
Sewer Hookup Fee:	$2,000 per unit - Currently there is a Moritorium for hook-ups.
Sewer Rate:	$4.05 per thousand gallons of effluent and
	$20 per unit, residential per quarter
	$30 per unit, residential/coomercial (B1 & B2 Zones Only) per quarter
	$36 per unit commercial per quarter
