The Trustees of Trust funds are responsible for maintaining accounts for various funds that are approved at yearly Town and School District meetings. In addition to these accounts, the Trustees are also charged with maintaining the fund for cemetery trusts. Each year the Trustees are required to report to the State Department of Revenue, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Division of Charitable Trusts the balances held in all accounts and investments.
