The Pembroke Historical Society through a grant from New Hampshire Humanities presents "Moved and Seconded: Town Meeting in New Hampshire" at the Pembroke Town Library. Rebecca Rule will share stories of the rituals, traditions and history of the town meeting, including the perennial characters, the literature, the humor and the wisdom of this uniquely New England institution.
